This move is bound to excite the local spotters as 37422 'Cardiff Canton' propels a brace of cement PCAs onto the wharf at Cement Quay. The barge on the right is for the removal of scrap and rubble as part of the ongong scheme to update and tidy up this run down site on the banks Severn north of Bristol. Wed 22nd Jul 2009
